This is the time of year when many Kindermusik educators are bidding a fond farewell to their Kindermusik graduates – a bittersweet time for sure!  But they are sent way with so much pride, not just because of their accomplishments, but because of how Kindermusik has prepared them to succeed.

I had several students graduate this year.  And it was hard to say good bye.  Luckily, several of them are coming back for piano lessons with me this fall.  Many of the graduating Kindermusik students are going on to other instruments.  Some of their choices were piano, guitar and several of them are going to be in the Tacoma Youth Choir.  I'm so proud of them and their parents for making music study part of their lives.  Music learning is such a great way to prepare children for life.

These two children were such great friends during class.  They helped each other, encouraged each other and were always sad when one of them was absent.  Kindermusik is a great place to start friendships too!
